Then, select Murder and choose your mother, the queen, as your target. Use the "Driven By" method, and once you do it, you’ll become king! Now, as king, head to Activities and start dating various girls without protection. You’ll catch an STD.

But don’t treat it; keep meeting people to pass the STD along. Finally, open the Royalty section and execute five or more people using the “Burn at the Stake” option. Remember to visit the club after each execution!
